Since I do so many circles I understand the very logical desire to prevent paying the postman more than he needs. 

So I have no problems with combining orders. However there are some limitations to be fair.

@@There will be a 35cent 'service fee' for each combined circle.@@

So for example, you paid the standard shipping for circle A. Then you want to combine circle B. You will pay for the price of decants in circle B plus 35cents.

At any time to my own discretion I will send out partial combined shipping packages. Meaning you have everything from circle #1 but are still waiting for circle #2. I'll cover the extra postage as it's my decision to do this. 

An example was the Arcana/C&C circle. The Arcanas arrived in good time, but the Cremoso order was severely delayed. Due to the limited nature of the Arcanas I sent all the packages out. Then when I received the Cremoso oils the 2nd orders were sent.

I do take requests on decant circles and will try to fit them in wherever possible. 

However there are a few things that I won’t do. If the company is already selling sample size versions on the scents desired (including the LE’s), I don’t feel it’s right to undercut them like that. I want to help the little guys and get them more exposure and hopefully business not hurt them. 

I will run a circle if they only include one or two samples (random or requested) per order. But you're not able to order a lot of samples for a set price.

Also I won’t do CB:IHP as I have no access to the gallery and there are others that are already taking good care of this niche. 

Ave Luxe is just simply too pricy for me to want to deal with

HAEE is on a case by case basis. I’ve had some trouble with their packing and shipping department. They’ve always been good with the customer service and made things right. But the wait time while they are getting everything all straightened out is a bit aggravating. They have really nice products, I think just my massive circle orders get too much for them to handle at times. 

This status is pending. I’ve done another circle with them and we’ll see if the previous experiences were just a fluke.

Since where I live is typically at LEAST 20 degrees warmer (if not more) I don't want to overfill the decants and have them break or pop their heads when the oils react to the different weather conditions. Currently we're in the 80's and 90's...and it's November. I bet you're shoveling snow aren't you?

This is a by hand process so there is some natural fluctuation. Please keep this in mind. If you think I’ve shorted you, let me know and we’ll talk. But remember…we're probably going to be talking about a single drop of liquid one way or another.

If you ever receive a partial decant (more of a testable sniffy) usually with an upside-down label, please let me know. You’ve accidentally received one of my Meet N Sniff box decants. (A little side project…the Meet N Sniff box o’ doom) 

I don't tape caps down because I've not found this to be a very effective way to prevent leakage and actually only make the mess worse when it does happen. Not to mention the logistics of taping down every single vial in a circle (which can easily run into the 100's) and thus dramatically raise the processing time.

If you have a decant pop it's head, break or just leak, let me know and I'll replace it at my cost and get it out to you asap. (Certain LE's may require me to obtain more oils through swaping/selling and thus might cause delay)

GettingStarted

I reserve the right to give discounts as I please. I love being random. However if you feel I've not been random enough to you...let me know. and I'll try to schedule some randomness your way. Entertaining me and making me laugh is a good way to start *grin* Can't make any promises...but hey you never know.

Gratis. Also as I see fit. You can't apply for this one. 

Miscalculations. If I give you an incorrect total and it's in your favor. Well there's randomness ;) If I overcharge...please let me know. I'm not infallible and can make mistakes, especially when there's a huge rush. Call me on it. When there's a big total involved or bottles, I try to show how I got the total, but not always. Feel free to question. But please...be polite. 99% percent of the time it's an honest mistake. 1% is usually just me being stupid.

I have no problems being contacted via forum or by email for an order. But I will ask you to also make a comment to the circle post to help me keep up with records. If you do not have a live journal account (or are loathe to use it) an anonymous post is acceptable as long as you identify yourself. Such as “This is MissDecantQueen from the Possets forum and I would like XY &Z.” 

Ok I’ll admit it…my decant and perfume addiction is really just a cover. I’m actually really addicted to pretty bottles and boxes. I always keep the first bottle (or in the case of a series like Bpal Yules…the first of each version)

Sending out bottles was slowing down the decant/mailing time. So I've decided that I'll have a bottle 'sale' after every couple decant circles. First come first served, probably with a limit of 8 to keep things kind of fair.

I'm also thinking that I'd friends lock the post on Decant Monkey to give those who've bought decants from me first dibs before opening it to all the rest.

I have no problems adding on full bottles or any other products from a company while running a circle. I don’t like the post office so any time I can make it cheaper for all of us…so much the better. 

However, you must also be buying decants as well. @@I will not be accepting orders JUST for full bottles/products.@@

Additionally, full bottles/products MUST be paid for before I place the order. If  I’ve not gotten payment before I place the order, I’ll attempt to contact you, but only for a limited time. I don’t want to be stuck with a full scrub of Skunk Water if there’s a problem and you’ve decided you’d rather not go through with the order.

There is additional $1.00 shipping charge each for full bottles. Actual shipping cost for various other items.

That awesome label art? Yeah I didn’t make it. They come from various icon makers. We’ve got a site that shows them all off over at [[The Bpal Icon Project|http://tempestteapot.net/gallery]] Go give them some love! I’m working on arranging my label template to give them credit there as well.

You’ve signed up. You’ve even paid. Then you decide that you MUST HAVE a decant of ‘Skunk Water’ cause the reviews are making you mental. No problem. However, PLEASE make a brand new comment, do not reply to your previous post. When LJ starts folding up comments, it can get lost. Also seeing your icon a second time will trigger the hamsters in my brain.

Extraneous Comments – 
I reserve the right to delete extraneous comments on the signup threads. Typically chatty comments from one person to another are fine after the initial order and total and I ignore them. But if they are becoming a problem and not relevant to the thread I’ll take them out. It’s not a personal thing, nor is it a reprimand. It’s just trying to keep it clean and easy for me to get everything in order.

At this time I do not take other forms of payment. There are some exceptions and ONLY on a case by case basis.

Typically I include a variety of teas, flavored honey sticks and small candy. If you have ANY dietary concerns or preferences, please do not hesitate in letting me know. I don't want to send you something you won't or can't use. 

Also I appreciate if you're international and give me a heads up what your customs is not allowing this week. I don't want you being charged $45 to get your package just because I included a package of tea.

I pack orders in the order they are paid for. 

Please include your username, name of the circle (ex. Bpal X Moon) and the list of decants.

If paying for several circles at once to combine shipping, please send separate payments for each circle.

The PayPal receipt is my final check off point before I mail your package. This is your absolute guarantee that I’ve packed you want.

I have a [[main tiddlywiki|http://tempestcircles.tiddlyspot.com]] that lists by name everything you’ve signed up for. All circles and decants (when paid) for you will be listed, along with any pertinent notes (like allergic to honey). 

I mark this when I’ve sent packages and when I’ve gotten notification you got the package. Once I know you’ve gotten a specific package, I’ll delete the listings under your name and mark your tag as received. If I can see by the DC (USA residents only) that the package has been delivered but you’ve not let me know yet, I will not delete the notes in your name. 

Every circle also has it’s own tiddly. I use the circle specific one to tell me how much of each oil to order.

I post a link to all the current circles and wikis on the Decantmonkey on a regular basis.

I've opened a 'Waitlist' thread on the DecantMonkey.

Once I've finished decanting and mailing out all the packages for a circle, I will wait a week or so to make sure there's not any problems or mixups that I'll have to take care of.

Then I will contact the people on the waitlist on a first come first served basis, letting them know that I've got leftovers of whatever scent you've mentioned wanting.

This is done in my own timing. This is not to be used as an add-on service for already paid-for packages in a circle as I won't know what I've got left over until after everything is packed, mailed and received.
